This is the village of Zmiyivka, some 80 kilometres from town of Kherson in southeast Ukraine. It is perhaps the only village in the country that they've heard of in Sweden, with even the Swedish king and queen having come for visit.

What's more, apart from a native goat population this village has an unusual sign – and perhaps it's another first for Ukraine – the board welcomes visitors in 4 languages – Ukrainian, old Swedish, modern Swedish and English. All four languages are native to Zmiyivka – an unusual fact tied up in the village's remarkable history.
