Global Cybercrime: Europol says online crime kingpins mostly located in Russian-speaking world

The head of Europol's Cyber Crime unit says the majority of online criminal chiefs are located in the Russian-speaking world.
Troels Oerting told the BBC there are around 100 cybercrime kingpins. He said Russian-speaking gangs create malware at rate that is "difficult to keep up with" and then sell it on online forums.
