Compensation for Wounded Euromaidan Activists: Many injured in Ukraine's pro-democracy revolution

Many anti-government activists who took part in Kyiv's EuroMaidan demonstrations earlier this year are still waiting for money from Ukraine's new authorities as compensation for injuries they sustained. Ihor Chernetskyi says he was hurt in February after being shot by provocateurs in the city centre. He was officially classified as "seriously wounded" only a few weeks ago. Now he is waiting for the USD 4,500 promised to him by the authorities.
