UN Emergency Meeting on Ukraine: UN Security Council expresses concern over Russian troop buildup

The United Nation's Security Council held an emergency meeting on the crisis in Ukraine as reports of a Russian troop buildup on Ukraine's territory mount.
It was the 26th time the security council met in emergency session on Ukraine and the UN expressed deep concern over reports from NATO and the OSCE that thousands of Russian troops have crossed into Ukraine, the Ukrainian ambassador echoed those concerns.
