Annual Folk Festival in West Ukraine Cancelled: Ukraine facing heightened Russian terror threat

An annual folk festival in the western Ukrainian city of Chernivtsi has been cancelled due to the threat of terrorism. Local officials say Ukraine’s Security Service asked them not to organize large festive events due to the current instability in the country.
