Normandy Four Talks: Poroshenko too meet Merkel and Hollande in Berlin; Putin's presence in doubt

Another potential meeting of the Normandy Four - Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko will meet French President Hollande and German Chancellor Merkel in Berlin on August 24th, the same date that Ukraine marks Independence day.

As to whether Russian President Vladimir Putin will attend - opinions differ. Ukraine's presidential administration says he won't be there; France and Germany say after talks with Poroshenko, Merkel and Hollande could meet the Russian leader.
